Lori joined Pearson Partners International in 2002 as office manager. She began her career in executive search in 1998, where she worked at LAI Worldwide (later TMP Worldwide) as an executive assistant supporting the managing director. She was later promoted to project analyst for the eResourcing division. Before joining Pearson Partners, Lori was office manager at Foster Partners Executive Search.
