| Sandy Boyce is a Principal with Pearson Partners International. Prior to his current position, Mr. Boyce was a Search Consultant and Research Associate with the firm and was responsible for all research, candidate development and engagement support services in the firm. In his current role, Mr. Boyce is responsible for development and execution of search work. His experience with the firm has varied across multiple industries including Energy, Retail, Consumer Products, Food Manufacturing/Foodservice, Professional Services, Communications, Not-for-Profit, Financial Services and Manufacturing. Prior to joining Pearson Partners International, Mr. Boyce founded and ran Lax World Ohio, a lacrosse sporting goods retailer, where he managed all sales, marketing and recruiting functions. Mr. Boyce’s diverse skills in business management, staff development and teamwork contribute to the firm’s success in finding the best talent for every client search. Mr. Boyce received a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. |
