| Mike Gleason joined our Board of
Directors in early 2005. Currently an Operating Partner at
Behrman Capital, a leading private equity investment firm, Mike
has had extensive operating experience in the Information
Technology, Consulting and Services industries. Most recently,
he was Group Executive/Corporate Vice President of the Global
Purchasing Group of Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Corporation. Previously, Mike was Group Executive/Corporate Vice President of the Management Consulting Services Group of EDS. In this capacity, he built a $250 million consulting business from scratch and then initiated its merger with AT Kearney, making EDS one of the top 10 consulting firms worldwide. Prior to EDS, he was Managing Partner of Coopers and Lybrand LLP's New York region consulting group. Mr. Gleason is the CEO of the management consulting firm Greater Yield, and currently serves on the board of ACS Communications, Inc. |
