Tom Lamson

Tom Lamson, Certified Personnel Consultant, has over 16 years of experience in recruiting senior level executives both nationally and internationally. Tom specializes in the design and build, facility and real estate arenas, with particular expertise in the architectural, interior design, property development and management, construction and engineering disciplines.

Prior to joining Pearson Partners International, Tom was with an executive recruiting firm in Dallas, where he built a successful design and build practice and garnered a reputation as a leading personnel consultant. Tom has been quoted in such publications as the Dallas Morning News, D Magazine and the Dallas Business Journal, and has been featured in televised segments on KTVT CBS Dallas, NBC5 Dallas and WKRC CBS Cincinnati. Tom is frequently invited to speak about industry, personnel and human resources issues and trends, and has been a guest speaker for Metrocon Dallas, the International Facility Managers Association, and the American Institute of Architects.

Earlier in his career Tom owned a personnel consulting firm, working with clients in the industrial, engineering and manufacturing industries. Tom earned his bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Arlington and served as an officer in The United States Navy Submarine Force.
