Stephen P. Konstans

Prior to joining Pearson Partners International, Stephen founded and operated his own executive search and consulting practice from 2001 to 2005.
Stephen focuses his search practice on the financial discipline, including functions such as the chief financial officer and industries such as banking and investment banking.
He began his recruitment career with Robert Half International in 1990. Stephen joined D. E. Foster Partners, Inc. (the successor firm to KPMG's executive search practice) as a senior consultant and worked there for approximately six years, being promoted twice during that time period.
Stephen earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and has continued graduate studies at the University of Texas at Dallas. He has been a Certified Public Accountant in both Texas and Tennessee and is involved in a number of community activities. |
