A Vice President in Pearson Partners' executive search practice, Sandy has successfully completed searches in a wide variety of industries and functional areas. A strong generalist, his experience includes leading engagements in industries such as energy, retail, consumer products, food manufacturing and foodservice, professional services, communications, not-for-profit, financial services and manufacturing. Sandy excels in functional areas including general management, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, human resources, engineering and sales.

Sandy began his career in executive search as a search consultant and research associate with Pearson Partners, responsible for research, candidate development and engagement support services on searches for the firm’s partners, vice presidents, and principals. Prior to joining Pearson Partners, Sandy founded and ran Lax World Ohio, a lacrosse sporting goods retailer, where he managed sales, marketing and recruiting functions. His diverse skills in business management, staff development and teamwork contribute to the firm's success in finding the best talent for every client search.

Sandy serves on the board of directors/trustees of the St. Philip's School and Community Center, the SMU Athletic Forum and the US Lacrosse North Texas Chapter. He is also active on committees for BRIDGE Lacrosse Dallas, where he was a founding board member, and St. Paul's School in Baltimore, Maryland. Sandy earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio State University, where he was a four-year varsity letter winner on the men's lacrosse team and a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity.
