Kristine Nelson

Vice President

Kris brings 25 years of experience in the corporate world from management positions overseeing facilities, real estate administration, customer service and human resources. Kris runs the Denver office of Pearson Partners International.

For 10 years, she has held the position of vice president of human resources and served on the executive leadership team with such restaurant chains as Quiznos Sub, Qdoba Mexican Grill and Boston Market. Kris oversaw compensation and benefits, strategic planning, leadership development and employee relations, and was personally involved in the recruitment and acquisition of C-level and executive-level talent for corporate functions including chief financial officer, senior vice president of public relations, chief operating officer, chief marketing officer, chief information officer and general counsel, along with numerous mid- to upper-level management positions.

She is a member of the Women's Foodservice Forum, Society of Human Resources Management, World at Work, and Cherry Creek (Denver) Business and Professional Women's Network. She holds the designations of Certified Professional in Human Resources (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and has held the designation of Certified Compensation Professional.
