Judy Stubbs
Vice President
Judy Stubbs specializes in the consumer products and technology sectors. She excels at sales and marketing searches as well as CEO, CFO and general management searches. During her search career, Judy has successfully conducted numerous senior level assignments across all functional areas.
Previously, Judy was a partner at Heidrick & Struggles. Prior, she was the managing partner of Highland Partners’ Dallas office and a member of the Consumer Products and Technology practice groups. She also served as a vice president with A.T. Kearney Executive Search. Earlier in her career, Judy served as the senior human resources executive for Mary Kay Cosmetics, a New York Stock Exchange Company.
Judy has received numerous civic awards and appointments and has been recognized as one of Dallas’ leading volunteers for her work in advancing quality child care. She served as founding president of Child Care Partnership, an organization which has received national recognition. She also chaired the Civil Service Commission for the City of Dallas and served as vice chairperson of the State Job Training Council. She served as vice chairperson of Carter Blood Care Foundation, the North Texas regional blood center foundation. Judy currently serves on the board for the North Texas Nature Conservancy, the Board of Directors for Carter Blood Care and is Chair of the Human Resources Committee of Carter Blood Care.
Judy earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Technological University with honors and completed the Change Management Program at Harvard Business School Studies. |
