Deborah Coogan Seltzer
Vice President
Vice president in Pearson Partners' Atlanta office, Deb was previously a managing director with Boyden global executive search, a vice president with A.T. Kearney Executive Search, and a partner with Ray & Berndtson. She specializes in the pharmaceutical/biotech and medical device sectors of the healthcare/life sciences industry. She also works with hospitals for chief medical officer positions.
During her two decades, Deb has built a knowledge base and effective execution in the evolving healthcare/life sciences industry. She recruits for roles in executive and general management, sales, marketing, human resources, business development, and finance, and for technical executives in research and development, clinical and pre-clinical development, technical operations and manufacturing, scientific affairs and regulatory, and quality assurance.
Previously, Deb was manager of membership admissions for the American Stock Exchange in New York.
Deb serves as secretary and executive committee member of the Global Board of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, and as a director on the Atlanta chapter.
Deb graduated with high honors from Douglass College/Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in political science and Spanish. She received an honors master's of science degree in economics from Trinity College, University of Dublin, as a Rotary Foundation Scholar. |
