Serge Lamielle is the CEO of Neumann International AG, which provides seamless HR and executive search services in 30 offices in 20 countries in Europe and Asia. He operates from both Paris and the Vienna headquarters, and is also active in international top Executive Search assignments..
Serge has been a partner of Neumann International, based in the Paris office, since 1989, working internationally as an Executive Search Consultant. Serge also managed Neumann’s IT sector practice for several years and established the Executive Consulting service line.
Prior to joining Neumann International, Serge was a partner at Korn Ferry International in Paris. Before that he held the position of Financial Director at Richier and of Managing Director and Financial Director of the SOFIC Group.
Having completed a B.A. degree at I.E.P. (Institute of Political Sciences), while studying Economics at the University of Aix-en-Provence, Serge obtained an MBA degree from the H.E.C. School of Management.

Trevor McCormick

As president and chief executive officer of Foster Partners, Pearson Partners International's affiliate partner, Trevor directs Asia executive search offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Tianjin, Ningbo, Hong Kong and the South East markets of Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Ho Chi Minh. Foster Partners (Asia) has specialized regional practices in industrial, technology, life sciences and financial services.
Established in 1989, Foster Partners L.L.P. was the successor to KPMG Peat Marwick's U.S. executive search practice, which offered executive search services since 1962 and became the largest of the public accounting executive search practices. Foster Partners (Asia) was formed in 1999.
Previously, Trevor was director in charge of KPMG Hong Kong's executive recruitment practice. His personal areas of functional expertise include Asia president, managing director and general management, in addition to regional sales and marketing, finance and financial control, tax, treasury, internal audit, human resources and supply chain senior leadership positions. Trevor was a pioneer in the executive search industry in China in the early 1990s.
Prior to joining KPMG, Trevor had a 16-year career with Halifax P.L.C. in the United Kingdom, where he progressed through management-level positions in human resources, branch management and compliance. Trevor was educated at Falkirk and Glasgow Universities. |

Mike Kerr

Mike is a partner with the Calgary office of our Canada affiliate partner, Davies Park, and works on a variety of assignments in multiple industries. He has more than 15 years of experience in the private sector as a senior manager.
Mike has worked in the oil and gas, manufacturing, and human resource disciplines, and has broad search experience in academic, financial, managerial, energy and high-tech areas.
He is involved with the business community from a volunteer perspective as an active volunteer consultant working with non-profit organizations.
Prior to search, Mike gained expertise in the areas of human resource management, training and development and strategic planning. |

Allan C. Nelson
Managing Partner - Davies Park
Allan manages the Calgary office and is a partner with our Canada affiliate partner, Davies Park. Since opening the Calgary office, Allan has specialized in senior executive recruitment and has been active in recruiting senior-level positions in both the association and not-for-profit sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, he spent more than 11 years as a senior manager in private industry and has dealt firsthand with all areas of human resource management. Allan spent four years moderating the predecessor program to the CMA Strategic Leadership Program in Alberta.
He has volunteered with the Society of Management Accountants for the past nine years on the chapter, provincial and national level.
Allan holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Alberta, is a Certified Management Accountant, and is currently being honored with the FCMA designation. |
