How long does the typical search assignment take?

Most assignments are successfully completed in three months unless special steps are taken to expedite the interview and negotiation processes. In most cases we deliver candidates within 45 days.

What is your fee structure?

We bill one-third of the successful candidate's first year cash compensation. This fee is charged in equal monthly retainers over the first three months of the search. We also bill for out-of-pocket expenses.
