Our Assessment Services are spearheaded by Lisa Thompson. A Licensed Professional Counselor, Lisa is also certified in numerous evaluation and assessment instruments and brings over 20 years of experience in business management, counseling, executive coaching and human capital consulting. Using diagnostic tools such as Birkman, MRG, LEA 360, Myers Briggs and CPI 260, we conduct a 360-degree evaluation of your full team or an individual. Then, we compile all results to create a custom summary and analysis of job specifications, culture and personality. By comparing these results against established standards and your own leadership team and strategies, we identify gaps - the first step toward developing an action plan to address them.

Our Assessment Services range from evaluating a single employee to analyzing the effectiveness of an entire organizational structure. View a case study on a comprehensive assessment we provided for a 50,000-member organization in need of significant leadership restructuring.

Our Assessment process includes steps to:
  • Analyze organizational work force needs based on corporate strategic plan
  • Develop and define the competency model essential to the success of the organization and select assessment tools
  • Identify gaps in current employee and candidate competency levels
  • Develop succession strategies to retain high-potential and top talent, develop high-potential talent, recruit the right talent, and conduct strategic work force planning
