Pearson Partners International Expands Dallas Office
Firm Appoints New Principal, Fred Williams

DALLAS, TEXAS, November 28, 2005 - Pearson Partners International, Inc., a global retained executive search firm, has expanded its headquarters in Dallas by naming Fred Williams to its team as Principal.

Fred Williams joined Pearson Partners International from the Frisco Group, an international executive search firm which he founded and served as Managing Principal. While at the Frisco Group, he conducted numerous key contributor searches for venture capital firms in the high technology space as well as senior level marketing and sales searches for Fortune 500 firms.

Prior to executive search, he was a Director of Strategy for Texas Instruments, a regional sales manager and a product manager for Rohm and Haas Company, and served in various capacities within the Energy industry. Mr. Williams holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of New Mexico and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
